Ryan’s experience with commercial real estate began at a very young age. At twelve, he started helping his father with his commercial real estate development company i.e. Proport. Along with commercial real estate, Ryan has a background in construction and construction management. At twenty-one he started buying houses, renovating them, and selling them soon after their renovations. At twenty-two Ryan got his real estate license and he has since been with PHP Commercial. Ryan’s passion and skills are most emphasized in  Seller/Buyer rep and Tenant/Landlord rep. Born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia he knows the area and market like the back of his hand.
